Theme
Online Store → Themes. Add Dawn or Craft. Both free. Dawn if you sell clothes or bags. Craft if you sell things for a house. Publish one. Skip paid themes.
Products
Products → Add product. Title, price, photos from your Amazon listing. The shots you already took. A few bestsellers. Not an AI dump of 400 SKUs.
Shop Pay
Settings → Payments. Shopify Payments, then Shop Pay. Phone checkout people actually finish.
A pixel
Settings → Customer events. One Meta pixel if you already run ads. Stop there.
A domain
Settings → Domains. Buy yourbrand.com or connect the one you own. Get off myshopify.com.
